The North Okanagan Cycling Society is one of the fastest growing multi-use trail organizations in the Province of British Columbia.

The Society’s mission is to create positive trail experiences for mountain bikers in the North Okanagan. NOCS works collaboratively with its membership, stakeholders, local First Nations, local/ provincial governments, and the community.

In a partnership with BC Parks and Rec Sites and Trails BC (RSTBC), the club has established and legitimized an impressive network of multi-use trails within the Provincial Parks and Crown Land in the greater Vernon Area. Most significantly in Coldstream, District B and C as well as some in Vernon. Volunteer trail days scheduled throughout the year enable the club to help maintain the significant inventory of trails within Kalamalka, Silver Star and Ellison Provincial Parks. These authorized trails are used by mountain bikers, hikers, trail runners, dog walkers and horseback riders at no cost to the end user.
